Our
goal is to provide you with the best technical
support and to protect your privacy. We provide
refunds on our software products within 15 days
of purchase.
Technical Support
Wildform provides, at Wildform's discretion, free
email technical support for six months following
the purchase of any paid Wildform software license.
In order to receive technical support you must
contact our technical support department. Please
provide as much information as you possibly can.

Software downloads
Customers may download the software for which they
have purchased a license two (2) times. It is the
customer's responsibility to save the software
installer and the username/serial used for installation.
If within, three (3) months from the purchase of
a license, a customer has lost their installer
and has already downloaded the software twice,
a customer may contact Wildform Technical Support
and request additional downloads which may be provided
at Wildform's discretion.
Refunds
You may request a refund for the purchase of Flair
and/or Wild FX Pro within 15 days of your purchase.
Refund requests should be sent using the Wildform
Technical Support page. As long as Wildform receives
your refund request within 15 days of purchase,
Wildform will provide a complete and unconditional
refund. AFTER 15 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Refunds are not available on the Wildform Video
Library and any other product or service not listed
here.
License information
Customers are responsible for saving their own
username and serial used for downloading and installing
the software to which they have purchased a license.
If within, three (3) months from the purchase of
a license, a customer has lost their username/serial,
a customer may contact Wildform Technical Support
and request their username and serial to be sent
to them one additional time, which may be provided
at Wildform's discretion.
Consumer Software License:
A Wildform Consumer Software License is for one
user per license and entitles that single user
to install the software on one computer at work
and one at home, provided they are not both used
at the same time, or by more than one person. If
a customer wishes to install the software on more
computers, they must purchase additional licenses.
