INTO FLASH VIDEO CROSS-LICENSING AGREEMENT |

ANGELES (April 29, 2005) – Wildform, Inc.,
creators of presentation, animation and video
software and On2 Technologies, Inc., creators
of advanced video compression technologies announced
that they have entered into a cross-licensing
agreement involving Wildform’s Flix Flash
video encoding software and On2’s VP6 and
VP7 codecs which are to be used in future versions
of Macromedia Flash.
The deal transfers the Flix product line to On2
and provides Wildform’s customers with
access to the newest Flash video encoding technology.
Wildform is adding On2's new Flash video codec
into its new software product line, due out ths
summer.
Wildform CEO, Jonathan Blank, commented, “We
are very pleased with the licensing agreement
we have entered into with On2. It ensures that
Wildform’s customers will have access to
the latest and best Flash video technology, and
we’re thrilled about adding On2’s
codec to our new product line.”
