1. I've lost my product serial number
    If you have lost your serial number and you are within the free support period, you may contact Wildform Technical Support and request to have your serial number sent to you. When contacting support make sure to include the user name and/or email address used for purchase so we may look you up in our database.

2. Why am I having problems downloading the software?
    If you are having trouble installing, make sure you are entering your user name and serial number exactly as shown in the e-mail you received from us when you bought your copy (we suggest cutting and pasting this information into your installer). If the information you enter is off by even a space, the installation will not work. If you are behind a firewall or proxy, make sure you have all the necessary permissions to install. If you cannot figure out why you are having problems, contact us through the support page at:

3. Why won't your purchase page accept my email?
    We're very sorry about the inconvenience. Please try to understand the amount of credit card fraud perpetrated over the internet through anonymous e-mail accounts such as hotmail as well as email accounts from certain countries. That is why we don't allow transactions with those addresses. Every time a charge is reversed, we not only lose the payment itself, but our bank charges us a large fee, and if we have too many chargebacks, our bank can even cancel our credit card service. So we appreciate your understanding.

You man try using another e-mail address through an ISP or your work, or you may obtain a copy (with a small surcharge) through Share-it.com. Please see our alternate purchasing options page for details.

4. What form of payment do you accept?
    Wildform accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club/Carte Blanche, and JCB. If you would like to pay by bank check, wire transfer, money order, or Eurocard, you may purchase our software through Share-it.com.

Share It charges us a fee for this service which we must pass on to you, so it is a bit more expensive than buying our software at our website, but it is an alternative.

5. How do I get technical support?
    Each license of Wildform software includes 15 days of e-mail technical support. If you have purchased your software within the last 15 days, or if you are unable to install your software, you may contact us through the Wildform technical support page at:

Wildform will only respond to technical support e-mails sent through this support page.

When you e-mail us through the support page, make sure to enter all the information that is requested: your registered user name, your serial number, your e-mail address and any questions or issues you have. Your user name and serial number are posted in the about box of your Wildform software. If you cannot open your software and do not remember your serial number, please enter "lost serial" in that field. The more accurate the information you provide, the easier it is for us to assist you.

7. What are the terms of the Wildform software license?
    The Wildform Software License is for one user per license and entitles that single user to install the software on one computer at work and one at home, provided they are not both used at the same time, or by more than one person.
