If
you are having any problems installing your Wildform
software, please: |

General
Installation Troubleshooting: |
| |
- Make sure you are connected
to the internet during install.
- Make sure you are entering
your username/serial exactly. If it is off
by even a space, it won't work.
- If you're behind a firewall
make sure you have permission to install. If
you are using a proxy, make sure you have the
settings you need to allow installation.
- If you are using an anti-virus
or firewall software, you may want to try turning
it off to see if that solves the problem.
- The installer uses IE to
get its internet settings. Make sure you can
view our website with IE.

Mac
Specific Troubleshooting: |

- If you are having difficulties
installing with firewalls or proxy servers
on Mac OS9 or OSX, read
this.
- If you are running OS 9
on a Mac, you may also want to make sure you
have the latest version of carbonlib. You can
get it here.
- If you are using OSX, the
installer will first ask for your OSX username/password
and then for the Wildform software username/serial.
Make sure to enter them both correctly.
