Slide Player Options
You can choose to have a Slide Player exported once you are ready to export your finished project.

When you are ready to export your project click on the Export Tab in the Settings Window and select the Slide Player tab.
To export a Slide Player check the Export Slide Player box. The Output field will display where your Slide Player will be exported. If you want to save the Slide Player in a different location click the Browse button.
The navigation player is a separate output from your regular project output. A number of different files that are exported by Wildform Flair are required when you wish to use the slide navigation player. Slide Player options are detailed below.

Export Slide Player: Check this box if you would like to export a slide player.

Reset Settings: Select this button if you wish to clear all your settings and revert to default settings.

Output: This field is where you specify the name and path of the Flash SWF you are outputting. You may also select "Browse", which launches a File dialog box, to set the output filename and path.

Once a path and filename is selected, you may click the "Play" button next to the "Browse" button to view the Flash SWF file if it already exists.

Dimensions: You may change the dimensions at which your project will be displayed here by entering the values you want. This affects the way the actual project is displayed - not the slide player itself, which scales automatically based on the project dimensions and the type of player used. If you want to change the values but maintain the same ratio of width to height (the aspect ratio), you can select the "Constrain Proportions" option. Note that changing the dimensions only changes how it is displayed in the slide navigation player -not the actual dimensions of your project.
Logo: Here you can enter the name of or browse to a Flash SWF file that you wish to add to the slide player output, such as a logo. You can load any Flash SWF and it will play at the original size (it does not scale).

Navigation: Here you can choose whether to add either thumbnails or captions or both.
Thumbnails: Check this box if you wish to display thumbnails of your slides. The thumbnails are a snapshot of your slide and are the same ones you see in the slide navigation window in the Wildform Flair interface. You can also change the dimensions here by entering the values you want. The default is 160x120. If you want to change the values but maintain the same ratio of width to height, you can select the "Constrain Proportions" option.

Captions: Check this box if you wish to display captions for your slides. The captions are a description of your slides and are the same ones you see in the slide navigation window in the Wildform Flair interface. You can change the text of the captions by changing the captions in the Wildform Flair interface (right click on a slide in the slide navigation and select "Rename Slide").

Slide Player skin options

This field lists all the player skins you have installed. You simply click on the player skin that you would like to use and it will become highlighted, indicating that this is the player skin you have selected. The Player skin options lists the name of the player and the minimum version of the Flash player required to play the player.

View skin: You will view a miniature version of the slide player you have selected in the window. But if you'd like to see it full size, click on the view button. In the preview mode you will view the player with a sample project (not your own project).

Tint: Select this if you would like to add a tint to your slide player.

When you are ready to export your project simply select File>Export File and the slide navigation player and all the files required for that player will be exported along with all other files selected for export.

  3. The "Thumbs" folder located in your Wildform Flair Project folder. This folder contains all the slide thumbnails used in the slide navigation player.
  4. A logo SWF if you choose to use one (this is not required).
  5. And all the files required to play the output normally including:
    1. the project output SWF
    2. the Load_External_Files folder if your project uses any files set to the Load External File play mode
    3. a player SWF if one has been selected
